David Lutz has been a lifelong resident of Indiana. He currently lives with his wife and children in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He received his Associate's Degree from Indiana University in 1986. He attended Law School at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio obtaining his degree of Juris Doctor in 1989. David Lutz returned to Indiana and worked for an insurance defense firm representing insurance companies and businesses in worker's compensation litigation as well as personal injury litigation. After seven years he saw a large need for attorneys to represent injured workers. He left the firm and set up his current law practice in 1997.
