Brent is an attorney at Jenkins, Block & Associates, P.C. in Richmond, VA, representing injured individuals in workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. Brent also has experience in general civil litigation, business law, consumer protection, debt collection, and commercial and residential landlord-tenant law.
Brent’s interest in becoming an attorney sparked at the young age of twelve when his father, an electrician, passed away as a result of a work accident. Brent credits the strength, courage, and grace his mother displayed through a long and taxing workers’ compensation claim as his biggest inspiration for choosing to help individuals faced with similar challenges.
Brent is a graduate of Virginia Tech and Appalachian School of Law. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing drums, golfing, and cheering on his beloved Hokies in football and basketball.
