Attorney Terrence Dempsey is named to Best Lawyers in America and by The National Trial Lawyers Association as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania. A graduate of the Dickinson School of Law and Kutztown University, Attorney Dempsey also attended Marywood University's graduate program.
Terrence Dempsey has long been active in the Lackawanna County Bar Association; he is the immediate past President of the Bar and is currently an ex officio on the Lackawanna County Bar Association Board of Directors.

He was one of the first legal professionals in Pennsylvania to be designated a Certified Specialist in the Practice of Workers Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's section on Workers' Compensation and as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
