Peter J. DiMarinis practices in the workers’ compensation division at Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP. He is a graduate of the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University where he was the recipient of the Scott Skodnick merit scholarship for academic excellence. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. In law school, he worked at the Law Center’s Not-For-Profit Corporate Law Clinic helping local organizations with corporate tax filings.
Prior to joining Pasternack, Peter previously worked as a workers’ compensation trial attorney and commercial litigation attorney. He also interned at American Home Investment Corp. in the corporate legal department.
Peter currently serves as President of the New York State Injured Workers’ Bar Association since 2023. He previously served as Secretary and 1st Vice President of the executive Board. He has been recognized and included in Marquis Who’s Who In American Law. He serves on the Board of Directors for the NY State Workers’ Compensation Alliance. He has been named a Lawyer of Distinction for excellence in the practice of workers’ compensation Law since 2017. Peter is a frequent guest lecturer at local bar associations, continuing legal education seminars, labor organizations and medical facilities.
